Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made. Once you have gained access to the file, the transaction is considered final.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• You were charged twice for the same product.

• You did not receive the download link due to a technical issue on our end.

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working version.

Dispute Resolution

2. Unauthorized Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a permanent ban from purchasing our products in the future. If a chargeback is initiated without a valid reason, we reserve the right to challenge the dispute and provide proof of the successful transaction.

3. Fraudulent Activity

We take fraud seriously. Any attempts to falsely claim a refund, request a chargeback after successfully receiving the product, or misuse our policies may lead to legal action.
