Thrive Experiments is an online two-week experiment for people living with chronic pain who want to rebuild a meaningful, workable life when their capacity is unpredictable, while feeling believed, connected, and in control of their choices.

The Thrive Experiments Pilot Lab will take place online and will offer facilitated structure, compassionate connection, and support with self-compassion. Lab members will explore in practice what thriving while navigating life with chronic pain and illness looks like for them.

Founder

Hi, I am Pauline, the founder of Thrive Experiments. I live with chronic pain.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a doctoral degree in Sociocultural Anthropology. I have a research background and experience in teaching university classes in the US.

Through the Thrive Experiments Pilot Lab, I am also attempting to create a place where I can build a sense of my own identity and community, while reimagining what a fulfilling life looks like despite my chronic pain and illness.
